1. Program Description

WallFire Networks operates the WallFire SMS Program to send text messages to users who have opted in. Messages are sent for the following purposes:

  • One-Time Passcodes (OTP) & 2FA — Authentication codes for account login and verification
  • Account Alerts — Security notifications such as password changes, new device logins, or suspicious activity
  • Account Actions — Password reset links, email verification confirmations
  • Match Calls — Notifications when your tournament match is ready and you need to report to the playing area
  • Tournament Notifications — Bracket updates, match results, and event reminders for tournaments you participate in
  • Team & League Updates — Notifications relevant to your active teams and leagues

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages in a single day during active tournament play, or infrequently during slower periods.

2. How to Opt In

To receive SMS messages from WallFire, you must explicitly opt in through your account settings:

  1. Go to Settings → SMS Notifications & 2FA in your WallFire account
  2. Enter and verify your mobile phone number with the 6-digit code we send
  3. Check the consent checkbox and click Opt In to SMS

3. How to Opt Out

You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further messages. You can re-subscribe at any time by texting START or by re-enabling SMS in your account settings.

6. Costs & Carrier Liability

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending and receiving SMS messages. WallFire Networks is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device availability.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, and most other US carriers.

7. Privacy

We collect your phone number and opt-in timestamp to provide SMS services and maintain compliance records. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
